The Smiley cookie is a trademarked cookie created and distributed by Eat'n Park Corporation of Homestead, Pennsylvania through a restaurant & amp; online business; Smileycookie.com. The Smiley Cookie signature was created in 1986 and coincides with the addition of on-site bakery bread. The Smiley Cookie was first produced by Warner's Bakery, a small bakery in Titusville, Pennsylvania. It was a trademark in 1987. Cookie Smiley became so popular that it was added to the Eat'n Park logo. As a competitor, Kings Family Restaurants produces "Frownie", a brownie decorated with sullen faces. Cookie Smiley costumes make an appearance throughout the Pittsburgh area and travels in DIVCO Dairy truck 1974.

On December 31, 2010, the company Eat'n Park filed a federal suit in Texas against Crumb Corps for violating trademarked cookies.
