Infibeam is an Indian Internet and e-commerce conglomerate involved in online retailing, e-commerce software and internet services. The company is headquartered in Ahmedabad, India. This is an online retailer for books, electronics, and cars in India. Infibeam is listed on the Indian Stock Exchange. Started in 2007, the company has offices in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, and has a total of 1300 employees. Infibeam launched an e-book reader, Infibeam Pi, Pi2's successor, and media device, Infibeam Phi. Infibeam became the first E-commerce company in India to file an IPO, in July 2015.

History
Infibeam was founded in 2007 by Vishal Mehta, a Cornell alumnus and MIT Sloan. After working for Dell and Amazon.com in the US for five years, Mehta returned to India in 2007 and started Infibeam along with a group of Amazon employees. He funded the company by selling his personal assets rather than choosing for external equity financing. The company started with an initial capital of INR 100-150 million. Infibeam.com started as a car portal in 2007, but later turned into an online retailer. In 2010, Infibeam launched 'Pi', the first e-book reader in India.
Acquisitions
In 2008, Infibeam acquired Picsquare.com, a personalized photo printing website. In 2014, the company acquired Odigma, a digital marketing company, for US $ 5 Ã, million â ⬠. The company initially expanded its e-commerce platform to build online stores for HiDesign, TTK Prestige and Crossword Bookstores and NDTV Shopping In 2011, the e-commerce platform was opened to everyone through Buildabazaar, allowing users to create their own web store. Buildabazaar was awarded 'The Game Changing Idea of ââThe Year' by The Economic Times at ET RETAIL AWARD 2014. The platform was launched in the Middle East region in 2014. It has 30,000 stores by March 2015.
ThemeJungle
Theme store- ThemeJungle is a subsidiary of BuildaBazaar. It is a conglomeration of various themes purchased under one roof by Infibeam. The website was launched in January 2018 primarily to support BuildaBazaar shops. It is a market of various themes designed by professional designers. Until May 2018, ThemeJungle has uploaded more than 100 free premium themes.
Music streaming platform
Infibeam Digital Entertainment (INDENT), a subsidiary of Infibeam founded in 2012, builds a Music Streaming and Download Platform solution for Music Labels, Brands and OEMs. In 2013, the company builds streaming HD and streaming Sony Music Jive apps on Sony Xperia smartphones.
Digital marketing services
The Company offers Digital Marketing Services through its ODIGMA subsidiary, acquired in 2014. ODIGMA employs 70 people and serves digital marketing campaigns for approximately 400 brands.

ShipDroid, a logistics aggregation platform launched in January 2015, to provide uniform logistics services for small traders across all courier partners. The platform includes 20,000 code points in 600 cities. In February 2010, Infibeam launched Pi, an e-book reader using E-Ink electronic paper technology. Pi has a six inch screen with eight levels of non-backlit grayscale screen. It has an internal memory of 512 Ã, MB, which can store 300 books and supports external memory up to 4Ã,î GB. Pi2
In 2011, Infibeam launched the second version of an e-book reader and named it Pi2. Pi2 is a touch screen device and has wireless connectivity.
