"Beat Dis " is a 1988 song by British actor Bomb the Bass, a studio production formed by producer Tim Simenon, from the album acting Into the Dragon. Like other hits from an era like "Pump Up the Volume" by MARRS and "Theme from S'Express" by S'Express, it's mostly made up of samples.

The single was very successful in the UK, peaking at number two on the UK Singles Chart. It reached # 1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart for a week and was the only Bom Bass chart shot in the US.

The middle label on the note displays a smiley lifted from Watchmen . This use is the origin of the use of smileys as a symbol for acid homes.
