Plot
Hilda (Ana Ortiz) is planning her wedding, which gets closer and asks Betty (America Ferrera) about plans for her bachelor party. Betty tells him that he's planning a champagne tour at The Met's museum, but Hilda and Bobby believe it's a joke and Betty has to think of something else. Bobby was extinguished when Justin (Mark Indelicato) refused a ride to school to run with Austin.
At MODE , Tyler asks Claire (Judith Light) about her father, instead of telling her that Cal Hartley rejects her, Claire lies and tells him that she met her father in rehab and records have gone missing. Tyler runs into Betty and he tells him that Daniel (Eric Mabius) will come in the end. Daniel sees them and asks Betty if he's on 'Team Tyler', but he tells her to grow up. Marc (Michael Urie) brings Wilhelmina (Vanessa Williams) some clothes from the mall and he tells him that he must dress to win Tyler and make it a pawn in his plans to bring the Meade kingdom down. Betty talked with Daniel about going to London Fashion Week and decided to take Hilda there for her bachelor party.
Hilda, Betty and Amanda (Becki Newton) arrive in London and meet Christina (Ashley Jensen). Christina told the group that she recently held a fashion show and is now a famous designer. She introduces Betty to the publisher, who asks her if she will fill in for a fashion columnist. Betty had to attend a fashion show, so the others went to see. When Betty meets with the girls she finds that they are drunk and Betty decides to join. During the drinking game, Hilda dares Betty to flash strangers at the bar and she agrees, but the stranger turns out to be Gio (Freddy Rodriguez). He invited Betty to hang out with her all night and they left. During the walk, Gio tells Betty that she's involved and she thinks that MODE has become Betty's path and she has turned a stepping stone into a career. Betty is offended and returns to Hilda. Betty wakes up drunk, but goes to the interview and is offered a job as a permanent columnist. However, he changed jobs when he realized that fashion was not what he wanted to write. Before returning to New York, Betty meets with Gio and tells him that he refused the job. They have a friendly conversation and Gio assures Betty that she will always have a special place in her heart.
Daniel took Tyler out for the night and apologized to him. When he mentions that Cal is Tyler's father, Tyler calls Wilhelmina and tells him that he wants a drink. Wilhelmina encouraged him to drink and Tyler drank and quarreled with Daniel. When Amanda returns to MODE, she tells Marc that she will go to pursue her dream of becoming a stylist because she is inspired by Christina. Claire gets Daniel out of jail and she tells him that Tyler is an alcoholic and that he does not know who his father is. Wilhelmina has freed Tyler and he tells him that he will take his share of Meade. Bobby goes to talk to Justin about why he has been acting strange around him and why he does not want to go to a Beyonce concert with him and see Justin and Austin kissing. Justin looks at Bobby and asks him not to tell anyone, not even his mother. A message from a drunken Betty was playing on the answering machine and Henry (Christopher Gorham) appeared and was glad to hear that Betty wanted him to come to Hilda's wedding as her guest.
